## Digimon intellectual property

Digimon, Digital Monster, Vital Bracelet, all related characters, names, trademarks, artwork, sprites, and associated media are owned by their respective rights holders, including Bandai Co., Ltd., Akiyoshi Hongo, and Toei Animation Co., Ltd., as applicable.

DigiTamer does not claim ownership of underlying Digimon franchise material and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those rights holders.

## Community asset provenance

Development work has referenced community-maintained resources including the `kongtaehun/digimon-assets-VB` project and other publicly available Digimon reference material.

Where third-party assets or data are used during development, credit or provenance information does not itself create redistribution rights. Any distributed material remains subject to the rights of its underlying copyright and trademark owners.

## Structural reference data

Evolution relationships and structural information may be informed by public community references such as Humulos and other fan-maintained databases. Such references are used as research sources and do not imply affiliation.

## DigiTamer-authored material

Original DigiTamer implementation, installer code, project documentation, update infrastructure, and independently created project artwork are separate from third-party franchise ownership.

## Contact / removal

A legitimate rights holder may request review or removal of material that they believe infringes their rights. The project may remove or replace disputed material while the matter is reviewed.
